Fill Out the Application

​Fill out the application below with your name, contact information, address, and a brief description of why you need Top Tier Property Group to purchase your property.  We ensure that all submissions are safe and confidential.

Research

One of our representatives will research your property and contact you within 24-48 hours to go over the process in more detail with you so there is no misunderstading in the process.

Meeting

After the research and an initial contact, we will schedule a walk through of the property to access its current 'as-is' value, and schedule follow-up meetings to discuss any changes in your families situation.

Offer

Once all previous steps have been completed, we will offer you the maximum amount of money possible for your property. If accepted we will finish transfering the title on the house in as little as three days.  You will not be charged any fees or commisions for the transaction.

Freedom

After all the steps have been completed, the property will no longer be a weight on your shoulders, and you can pursue a future of being financially free of the property.
